- All bases and shades are sold separately.
- Chandeliers, pendants and sconces come w/ all necessary hardware for installation.
- Matching three foot chain and canopy are provided w/ all chandeliers, except Alex.
- Please consult a qualified electrician if you are not certain of the installation.
- All white fixtures can be "antiqued" for an extra charge.
- Hanging pearls and clear beads can be switched for no extra-charge.
- Any shade can become a hanging pendant coupled with our 8' cord-kit, which comes w/ canopy and hardware for installation.
- Petite max shades are half-shades.
- Any lamp base can be made with a 3-way switch for an additional $10. Please call us to place this special order.
- Custom orders are welcome.
Return Policy
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will then arrange for replacement and pick-up of damaged item.
- There are no returns or exchanges on any shades or custom orders.
- All other returns are subject to prior approval. If approved, credit will be issued minus a restocking charge.
Light Bulbs
- We highly recommend the usage of CFL's (compact fluorescent bulbs) to help conserve energy.
- Please note that Floral shades require lower wattage than indicated on lamps: petite Floral - 25Watts, small Floral - 40Watts, medium Floral - 60Watts and tall Floral - 75Watts.
- The following shades require an appliance bulb (supplied): small Max, medium Swirl, medium Daisy and Petal shades.
